How the numbers work
The platform fee comes first
OnlyFans keeps 20% of every subscription, tip and paid message. What is left is the creator's net, and that is what agency splits are usually based on.
Your share is a share of the net
If a model sells $10,000 and you agreed on 40%, your share is 40% of the $8,000 the model keeps, not of the $10,000.
The team is paid from your share
Chatters often earn a commission on net sales. It comes out of the agency's side, so a higher chatter rate lowers what you keep, not what the model gets.
New models start at zero
A fresh model does not sell your average from day one. Plan a few months of growth before a new model counts toward a goal.
Questions
Does OnlyFans really take 20%?
Yes. Creators keep 80% of what fans pay for subscriptions, tips and paid messages. The calculator takes the 20% off before anything else.
Is the agency share taken before or after the fee?
Usually after. Most agencies agree on a share of what the creator keeps. If your contracts work on gross sales, set the share a little lower to compare.
What share do agencies usually take?
It depends on what the agency does for the model, from chatting to marketing to the whole account. The calculator starts at 40%, change it to the share in your contracts.
Why does the goal ask for more models at my average?
Because that is the honest way to read your own numbers. New models start lower and grow, so treat the result as the number of models that need to reach your average.
