Every plan comes with a guaranteed minimum number of interested creators per billing period. If we finish a period below that number, we keep running your outreach at no additional cost until you reach it. This page explains what counts, where you can verify it, and why we can commit to it.
One commitment, in writing.
No interpretation needed. The commitment is defined in our Terms of Service, and it is tracked in your dashboard.
A creator who replies yes to the first outreach message we send on your behalf. Every reply is tracked in your dashboard, so the count is a number you can check, not a matter of opinion.
If a billing period ends below your plan's guaranteed minimum, we continue running your outreach at no additional cost until the number is reached. Not a credit or a voucher. The same outreach, running until the guarantee is met.

The guarantee lives on your board.
Every interested creator lands as a card on your board, with their status and contact attached. Your guaranteed minimum is simply the number of creators that land here each billing period. You can check it yourself at any time.

These numbers are part of every plan, not a marketing promise. If your board stays below the minimum, the free-work commitment applies.

A guarantee like this only works if nothing about your setup is improvised. Everything you run on day one has already been tested across 100+ agencies and over 100,000 messages.
The whole system is running before your first message goes out. You set your filters, and the outreach starts. There is nothing for you to build or maintain.
The profiles your outreach runs under are generated in the background and look like real talent scouts. Creators reply to people, and that is what keeps reply rates high.
You never write outreach messages from a blank page. Every campaign starts from templates we have already tested at scale, including the exact first message the guarantee is measured against.
You get a direct line to our team on WhatsApp. When something needs adjusting, targeting, scripts, or volume, we look at it together and change it. The guarantee only works because we stay close to your numbers.
We work with at most 60 agencies at a time. The cap exists so every agency gets the attention the guarantee requires. When spots are full, we wait before taking new ones.
