On top of that we skip creators who already work with an agency. What is left is a smaller, better list: good-looking creators who are still free to sign, contacted in your words.
Ours, and that is deliberate. Your outreach runs from accounts we set up, keep healthy, and operate for you, sending your pitch in your words. They approach creators the way a talent scout does, as someone looking for new faces, and that is the angle we have tested the most. Because we run those accounts, we also configure them, so two things are worth knowing before you start. You cannot set or upload a profile picture on them, and you cannot pick the account name, which means every account carries a neutral first name instead of your agency's. That is the exact setup the system was built and tested on, and it is the setup these reply rates come from. Your agency comes in where it counts: the moment a creator is interested and you are talking on WhatsApp or Telegram, you introduce your agency and sign them yourself.
Not as a hard filter, and here is the honest reason. Creator profiles do not carry a verified location, so no outreach tool can promise you a single country with certainty. What we can do is filter by niche, gender, region, and the language a creator writes their bio in. That lets us cut out the markets you do not want and lean toward the ones you do, and then you make the final pick in your inbox. Outseeker fits best if you are open to creators from more than one country, for example English-speaking creators across top markets. If your agency only ever signs from one country, message us first and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.
